Pricing Pillar 3: Flat Monthly Fees
Our packages are typically designed to run for 12 months – and are paid in equal monthly instalments
We typically offer a set of services which is designed to run for 12 months.
This is because the package will contain a mixture of services, which are done on either a weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual basis (e.g. your annual accounts and Corporation Tax return which are done once per year).
That means we can give you a figure for the total fees over that 12 month period, then chunk it down into 12 equal monthly payments.
You’ll have clarity over how much you’ll be paying, when you’ll be paying it, and can plan accordingly
We know the pain of having a big invoice at the end of the year which you know is coming, but have no idea how much it’ll be for when it lands.
Paying in monthly installments removes this uncertainty, and gives you clarity on your cash outflows.
It also means that when you get to the end of the year, you’ve paid for everything in full, and there will be no big invoices or surprise invoices to deal with.
Our payments are collected via Direct Debit – just like your phone bill
When you sign up to work with us, we’ll ask you to sign a Direct Debit form, which authorises us to collect our monthly fee from your bank account automatically.
Just like a phone bill, we’ll always notify you in advance of how much is due to be taken, and the date it will leave your account.
This will always be the amount which we’ve agreed with you in advance.
We find this helps to avoid any awkward conversations around unpaid invoices and late payments, and means we can focus on having conversations on improving your business and your life instead.
